Exploration Potential
Defiance’s management sees three avenues that will add meaningful value at Tepal with minimal exploration expenditure:
- Adding ounces: Drilling along strike and dip as mineralization follows newly identified structural controls and feeders whose strike and depth remain unexplored.
- Improving grade: An angled drill program or a bulk sample has potential to show improved overall grade by including more of these observed vertical controls.
- New discovery potential: Intrusion and epithermal-related mineralization, along with the discovery of important exploration indicators in outcrop may indicate an untested and mineralized epithermal system with high-grade discovery potential.
